First, Deep Eddy is distilled ten times in a state of the art column still that gives a purer distillate and a cleaner, smoother finished product. There is zero by product or waste in the distilling process. The next important component is water. Deep Eddy Vodka is made with the finest water in Texas. Lastly, is the charcoal filtering. The vodka is slowly and gently filtered 6 times to maintain the integrity of the fruit juice flavors. This process is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest level of quality.
