Each piece of jerky packs 12 grams of protein, and the stix provide 7 grams.
Care is taken to handcraft the tasty snacks, the old-fashioned way. Each tender Angus beef round is trimmed by hand, eliminating all the fat. It’s then cut into thick slices and marinated in a secret seasoning for 24 hours. The slices are then placed on smoke racks and cooked with hardwood hickory smoke.
